Paul George Skills Camp 2013
Welcome to the 3rd Annual Paul George Skills Camp. Last years camp was a great success and we had lots of fun. From the staff, we are extremely excited about seeing new faces and of course seeing our campers from last camp returning for this summer.As we always promise, this summer will be filled with lots of fun, lots of learning, and hard work. We will provide various drills that are relevant for middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. There will be agility training, demonstrative drills, nutrition lecture, and games for a chance to win a prize.

*Eligibility:
All Paul George Skills Camp campers must be boys and girls between the ages of 7-16 years old. Campers may not be high school graduates.
Mission:The Paul George Skills Camp Mission Is To Promote The Continued Development Of Young Players Through Teaching The Fundementals Of Basketball And Sportsmanship.

*What Camper Will Receive:
All campers will receive a Paul George Skills Camp t-shirt, autograph photo, and will be able to purchase a meal bracelet for $15. The meal bracelet will cover food for the camps and will be available for purchase at sign in table on the day of camp. There will be a snack bar present at camp where healthy snacks and beverages can be purchased.
*Cancellation Policy:
Camper has to cancel two weeks prior to camp date in order to receive full refund. If camper cancels after the two week period, there will be NO REFUND.

*Discipline:
Any horseplay or disrespectful act(s) will not be tolerated. Any damage to any of the properties or facilities by any camper(s) will result in immediate dismissal from the Paul George Skills Camp. There will be no refund if any camper(s) are dismissed from camp.
*Insurance & Medical Care:
Campers must provide own medical insurance. There will be medical trainers on duty at all times. For more serious incidents, doctors will be on call. Due to the strenuous daily schedule, each camper should come to camp in great conditioning shape.Cost of treatment for injuries and or hospitalization for illness or injuries while attending the Paul George Skills Camp will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the participant. Any insurance carried by the parent or guardian may be used to defray such medical and hospital costs. The camp staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or illness. We will not accept a camper with preexisting medical problems unless we have been notified prior to registration. Please fill in the proper information on the application. The camper will not be admitted to the camp without the proper insurance information and signature of parent or guardian. Should he/she require any special medical attention or is required to take any special medicine, the camp director requires that you document such needs. Please attach information to camp application.
